What about reading the documents?

How Team works: one seat per member, one shared credit pool. The workspace owner pays; every member, invited by e-mail, takes a seat, and the billed seat count follows the headcount. An added seat is billed immediately, prorated on the days remaining; a removed seat becomes a credit deducted from the next invoice.
Annual commitment: −20% on Pro and Team, that is €182 per year and €374 per seat per year.
Free plan guardrails: 10 questions a day and 3 active documents. Buying credits unlocks volume, never features: past 300 credits bought in a month, the app shows you the “Pro is cheaper for your usage” comparison.

What is a credit, in practice?+
One credit is roughly one question generated and cleared by the quality checks. Reading a document additionally costs about 5 credits per 100 pages, once per document.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Generation stops, but nothing is lost: your documents, your bank and your exports stay available. You can buy extra credits at your plan rate, or wait for the next period to top you up.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Credits included in a subscription are refilled every period and do not accumulate. Credits you buy on top stay yours for as long as your account is active.
How is a team billed?+
You pay one seat per member and the team shares a single credit pool. The workspace owner is billed; every invited member takes a seat. An added seat is billed immediately on a pro-rata basis; a removed seat becomes a credit deducted from the next invoice.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
Yes, at any time from your billing area, including switching between monthly and annual billing. An upgrade takes effect immediately with a pro-rata adjustment; a downgrade takes effect immediately, without a refund for the period already paid. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Can I try without a credit card?+
Yes. Creating an account gives you 100 credits, with no payment method and no time limit. The Free plan stays usable indefinitely within its guardrails.
